(More customer reviews)This item does NOT have an ATSC (free OTA digital signal)tuner! It is a multisystem tuner: PAL=European standard of broadcasting an an analog signal and NTSC=USA standard for broadcasting an analog signal, which is to be replaced in Feb 2009 by digital (ATSC) signals. Read the specifications closely! While it's titled as having ATSC, it is not! Additionally, Supersonic makes a portable 7", model SC-299 also advertised as ATSC, guess what? It is only PAL/NTSC not ATSC! Supersonic and/or Amazon needs to update these items!
