(More customer reviews)This dock is the real thing.It was very easy to set-up and works great with my Denon 1909 stereo receiver.Before you purchase this item, do some research and make sure that you will be able to receive the Sirius satellite signal.I currently live in Cleveland and had a tough time acquiring a signal because all of my windows face to the north (meanwhile the signal is coming from the south).After playing around with the antenna for a while I was able to get a signal.So far...so good.

(More customer reviews)There isn't terribly much to write about a docking station.The real deal is the receiver and the service itself.First off the receiver is great!I love the bright big orange screen, and that I can save 20 songs and it will alert me when those songs are being played.The buttons are easy to push, and this PNP is very durable.
The service is truly amazing, over 60 commercial free music channels along with sports, talk, news, and entertainment!
I enjoy listening to NFL teams that I could not normally listen to since I live hundreds of miles away.A number of college teams are also on Sirius, and NHL games.
I would reccomend you find out more by surfing Amazon, going to Sirius.com or siriusbackstage.com

(More customer reviews)I bought this after signing up for Amazon Prime.Received it in two days at no extra charge.Hooked it up to my Onkyo receiver and ran the antenna cable outside...I had to drill a hole through the wall to get the cable outside, behind my components.I put twoscrews onto the outside edge of the overhang of the roof and mounted the antenna.Came inside, hooked up all the wires to the dock and plugged in my Sportster 4.

I got the full 3 bars of signal strength and am enjoying my Sirius Satelite Radio as I'm typing this review.I am trully happy with this purchase and it's about $10 cheaper than Circuit City or Best Buy.

So long as you mount the antenna as the directions state, I don't think anyone should have a problem with the reception.The instructions included show what direction the antenna should be pointing depending on what part of the country you live...also...the optimum position for the antenna is pointing straight up.

I originially did not know about the need for the indoor/outdoor antenna, which of course makes sense in order to receive a satelite signal, but there is NO physical way for me to get the anntenna outside and I don't have a window in my office. I even tried the boombox at home with the antenna on the windowsill, and I still couldn't get a signal. So disappointed! The boombox is a great design, light weight, and great sound (when I could get a signal for 2 sec.), but unless you have just the right place to put it or are able to put the antenna outside, you may have limited signal capability. So sad! I love my satelite radio!
