(More customer reviews)I received this as a gift from my boyfriend, and I absolutely love it! The box I got my mouse in was different from the one pictured, but the mouse and the item number on the bar code is the same. The mouse is a small size so it's perfect for my smaller hands; it's advertised as a kid's mouse, but if you have smaller than average hands, this will fit nicely. It fits really snugly in my hand, whereas a normal sized mouse is always too big.

A warning to those of you who are sensitive to blinking lights, however, this mouse is a like a disco mouse. The lights are so bright and they don't stop blinking the entire time it's plugged in. I love it! Hello Kitty is featured inside, floating around on the blue water. If you love Hello Kitty and like blinking lights, this mouse is perfect for you.

(More customer reviews)We bought this product for our 2 1/2 year old daughter to use in her bedroom. The controls are fairly intuitive and the sound quality while not great, is definitely in line with the price-no complaints there. Everything works as advertised and the best part is that the daughter loves it and has no problem working the major controls herself.
The first one we received quit working after about a week but no worries, the vendor (J&R Music and Computer World) was very courteous and took care of all the return paperwork as well as getting us a new one fairly quickly. I was impressed with their customer service and I'm not easily impressed.
Overall a good experience with both the product and the vendor.

(More customer reviews)We were excited to find this Hello Kitty boom box for our three year old.She loves books on tape and CD from the library.The player was very easy for her to use and had great sound quality.The first one we had lasted only days before the buttons wouldn't work.We exchanged it and the second one is now having the same problems after only a year of use.I feel it was not abused as she only was allowed to use it while we were supervising so that the library materials were not damaged.It just seems to be a poorly made radio.We are disappointed and searching for a better option.

(More customer reviews)We bought this at Target for our 3 1/2 year old 'little lady', and she loves it!It works flawlessly, seems fairly well built, and it actually sounds very good for the price!The sound is surprisingly full with good detail for a thirty dollar boom box.It also has a CD player, cassette player, AM and FM, which makes the unit very functional.Needless to say, if your child is a 'Hello Kitty' fan, she will LOVE this 'boom box'!

UPDATE: June 1, 2009 - DO NOT BUY THIS BOOMBOX!!!FOR NO APPARENT REASON AT ALL, THIS STARTED SMOKING... YES, SMOKING, AND SEVERAL OF OUR SMOKE DETECTORS WENT OFF!!!A FEW HOURS LATER, MY HOUSE STILL REEKS OF BURNT ELECTRONICS, WHICH I'M SURE IS HAZARDOUS.I HAVE ALL THE WINDOWS OPEN, AND MY A/C UNIT ON FULL.BUYER BEWARE!!!
