(More customer reviews)The CD and iPod player broke after 2 months. While still under warranty, you have to pay $10 to get it repaired in addition to paying the shipping. While the customer service person was very friendly,there was no relaxing these policies even though it only worked for a short time. These extra charges are considerable as a percentage of the purchase and the player is certainly no bargain now in addition to the inconvenience.I do not plan to buy Coby products in the future.
