(More customer reviews)Initially it looked like this would be a great product for our pool. It hooks up easily and feels like it is designed to properly handle use in the pool. The first issue I had was that the volume was very low for an outdoor device. We have a waterfall in the pool as well, so we could barely hear the speaker. After trying it out three times it now won't even play music consistently - the music cuts in and out - particularly if the volume is turned up. It offers three channels to connect the speaker and transmitter, but none of them make any difference.
I struggled giving the device two stars as it is basically useless to me at the moment. The fact that it is mechanically a nice setup and that I am still waiting for a response from customer service (manufacturer) pushed me to add the second star. Bottom line is that I would not recommend this product unless they sort out this transmission problem. Even then the volume issue really makes it fall short of the mark for an outside device.
